What is Menopause?
Menopause is the time that marks the end of women menstrual cycles. It’s diagnosed after you’ve gone 12 months without a menstrual period. Menopause can happen in your 40s or 50s or later.
Menopause is a natural biological process. But the physical symptoms might be different, such as:

- loss of bone density
- hot flashes
- sleep problem
- mood swings
- night sweats
